Xinxiang Plain Demonstration Zone issued a notice on centralized rectification of illegal vehicles.

In order to effectively create a civilized city, further standardize the parking order in the jurisdiction and ensure safe, orderly and smooth roads. According to the arrangement of the Party Working Committee and Management Committee in the demonstration area, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation in People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations, the Traffic Management Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of the Plain Demonstration Area will jointly carry out centralized rectification of parking order along national highways, provincial highways, residential quarters in the core city and around the campus. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, we will focus on rectifying illegal acts that affect normal traffic order, such as motor vehicles without parking spaces, failing to park safely and orderly according to regulations, and occupying roads.

Two, focus on controlling the traffic order in front of the school, the passage of hospital ambulances, and other illegal acts in front of the enterprise.

Three, focus on the management of other units and individuals to set up, occupy or remove parking spaces and parking signs.

Four, focus on the management of long-term occupation of public parking spaces "zombie car", scrapped cars, illegally modified vehicles.

Five, focus on the management of non-motor vehicles, electric tricycles and other issues at the entrance of businesses along the line. Those that seriously affect traffic order will be towed away.

6. Obstructing the work of duty officers and township counselors, and obstructing them from performing their duties by means of violence or threats, which belongs to the "crime of obstructing official duties" as stipulated in Article 277 of the Criminal Law, and is convicted and punished for "crime of obstructing official duties"; If it does not constitute a crime, it shall be punished in accordance with the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment.

Plain traffic police would like to remind you that vehicles that are not parked according to regulations will cause road traffic congestion and easily lead to traffic accidents. In order to resolutely maintain traffic order, from now on, the traffic police department will take a combination of on-site photography, evidence collection, education and punishment to carry out centralized rectification of the above areas. Motor vehicles that do not move in time after receiving the stop notice will be punished, and non-motor vehicles that do not park according to the regulations will be towed away.

This notice shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
