When binding a medical card, if you enter the wrong medical card number, name and other information, the registration system may not recognize your medical card. I suggest you check whether the information on the medical card is correct. If it is not correct, you can rebind or correct the information.

Some medical cards need to be activated in the hospital before they can be used. If your medical card is not activated, the registration system may not recognize your medical card. It is recommended that you go to the hospital window or self-service machine to activate the medical card before registering.
