Why can't the mobile phone directly receive English short messages?

Coding and decoding problems. There are two encoding methods: no Chinese and Chinese.

There are two reasons:

1. There should be something wrong with your machine decoding.

2. The other party's code does not match.

I can send you a short message in pure English on another mobile phone. If it is still blank, it is the problem of your machine.
