Article 63 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China

Temporary parking of motor vehicles on the road shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) in the absence of parking signs and markings, in the motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks with isolation facilities, as well as crosswalks, construction sites, no parking;

(2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;
