Is it frozen for Alipay to send me a safety notice?

It will freeze. According to Alipay official website, if a user's personal Alipay account logs in abnormally in a different place, or someone else's mobile phone has sensitive abnormal operation, Alipay system will detect and prompt that "your account has security risks, you can modify the login and payment passwords through this link" and automatically freeze the Alipay account.
