It is understood that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs established the Consular Protection Center on the basis of the former Consular Protection Office, aiming at further integrating resources and improving the ability of coordinated action in early warning, handling, publicity and legislation. After the establishment of the Consular Protection Center, the number of staff will increase from less than 1 to 14.
