How to solve the problem that RTX prompts "Connection refused, maybe the server port is not open or a firewall is set up"?

Please open the RTX manager installation directory\logs\outsupport.log log to view the latest log information.

1. If the password is incorrect in the log, please open Tencent RTX Manager - Service and Application Management - Service Manager - Configure switchboard number and password, set the correct switchboard number password and restart the service.

2. If the log prompts a gateway prohibition error, the reason is that the switchboard number password is incorrect and verification errors occur five times in a row, and the switchboard number is temporarily prohibited from logging in. Please set the correct switchboard number password in Service Manager-Settings-External Service Configuration, and restart the service after 30 minutes.
