Alipay sends out red envelopes in groups, and the reason why it can't send out pop-up questions and ask for answers is because of account restrictions. The steps to cancel the account restriction are as follows:

1. Select Settings to open Alipay, and click the Settings icon under My Options.

2. Select an account and security. In the settings interface, click Account and Security.

3. In the account and security interface, select Security Center, and then click Security Center.

4. Select "Unblock" in the interface of the Security Center and click "Unblock".
