You can open "SMS verification service" in Alipay as follows:

First, open the Alipay homepage and log in to Alipay's account;

After logging in, enter "My Alipay" and click "Account Settings";

There are many contents in the account settings, click "Mobile Settings";

Find the "SMS verification service" column and click the "Open" button at the back;
