1. Our hospital has fully implemented the real-name system for appointment registration at different times, and the outpatient registration is valid on the same day. You can make an appointment in advance through WeChat, Alipay, Nantong Medical Insurance APP, or by phone. You can also make an appointment through the outpatient self-service registration and payment machine or manual window. In order to avoid calling the wrong department number and causing inconvenience to you, if you have any questions before registration, Please consult the outpatient one-stop service center or call us.

2. After the appointment payment is confirmed, please bring your ID card, medical insurance card and corresponding medical information to the corresponding clinic area half an hour before the agreed time to check in, pick up the number, and wait for treatment. If the number has been passed, please try again. Check in and wait for treatment.

3. If the doctor temporarily suspends treatment and your appointment number is affected, we will notify you by text message or phone call as soon as possible. Please keep communication open.

4. When coming to the hospital, you must wear a mask without a breathing valve correctly throughout the entire process, scan the venue code, cooperate with the staff to check the itinerary card, Sukang code, and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and accept a temperature test and include: Patients can be admitted to the hospital only after pre-examination and triage including epidemiological history.

Patients with yellow or red health codes should go to designated hospitals;

Patients with ten major symptoms such as fever should go to fever clinics;

If your itinerary card contains high-risk, medium-risk or key epidemic-related areas, please go to the fever clinic;

Other people coming from other provinces and cities will go through the dedicated channel for "people coming from other provinces and cities" and will be provided with landing inspection. Proof of negative nucleic acid test results in three days, and a temperature test and pre-examination triage including epidemiological history before entering the hospital;

Cannot use smartphones, cannot show itinerary card, health code Elderly people can bring their ID cards and provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours to the triage office at Gate 2 to receive a temperature test and pre-examination triage including epidemiological history, and fill in the paper version of the pre-examination and triage operation form. Acute and critical patients are not restricted by itinerary cards, Sukang codes and nucleic acid test results when entering the hospital. They must be sent to the fever clinic or emergency room according to relevant procedures.

5. Persons receiving outpatient surgery, treatment, family planning surgery, nasopharyngolaryngoscopy, gastrointestinal endoscopy, carbon 13 breath test, etc. must provide proof of negative nucleic acid test within 24 hours.
