Why is there no prompt tone in my glory 8 SMS?

Please set it according to the following methods:

Please click Settings > Voice > Default Notification Ringtone to see if no mode is selected; If no mode is selected, you may be advised to try to change other ringtones;

Please click, EMUI 8.0: Settings > Voice > Do Not Disturb to check whether do not disturb mode is turned on; Before EMUI 8.0: Settings > Do Not Disturb, and check whether do not disturb mode is turned on.

Click settings > applications and notifications > notification management > info to see if Allow Notifications is turned off. I suggest you try to open the permission notice.

Click settings > voice > ringtone to see if the ringtone volume setting is too low. We suggest you increase the volume as much as possible;

Please click EMUI 8.0: settings > voice > mute mode; , to see if mute mode is selected. It is recommended that you try to turn off the mute mode option.
