How to open SMS of medical insurance card

Financial medical insurance card can open bank card short message, that is, a newly developed financial medical insurance card with IC chip, UnionPay logo and bank card number.

Bank card (financial medical insurance card) needs to sign a contract to open SMS reminder service, and the cardholder needs to bring his ID card and bank card to the issuing bank for processing. The specific process is as follows:
