How to deal with the failure of credit card repayment:

1. Please verify whether the bank account information is set correctly when making repayment. If the information is inconsistent or incorrect, after the bank reconciliation verification fails, the funds will be returned to the paid WeChat account balance. Don't worry, you won't lose money. Please follow up to verify the entry of funds.

Note: If you don't receive the refund within the time limit, please call Tencent's official customer service number for consultation according to the following troubles and contact us to provide the following information. Wechat Payment will directly contact the bank to verify the specific reasons.

1) If the wrong bank type is selected (or the name of WeChat real-name authentication is inconsistent with the name of bank card), please provide information such as WeChat account number, repayment time, amount, repayment bank type and bank card number;

2) If the card number is wrong (or the bank card is reported lost, cancelled or repaid by passbook), please provide the WeChat account number, repayment time and repayment amount, and explain the repayment method and repayment bank type. ?
