Due to the influence of pollution transmission and local convergence, there will be 1-2 light to moderate pollution processes in our city, and severe pollution will occur in a short time. In order to reduce the emission of pollutants from motor vehicles, improve the quality of atmospheric environment, and ensure people's health, according to the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, the municipal government decided to set up the second ring road in the downtown area from 202 1 to 65438+February 5. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. During the traffic restriction day, from 7: 00 to 20: 00 every day (including Saturday and Sunday), small (light and micro) non-operating vehicles will be restricted with single and double numbers, that is, vehicles with single numbers will be prohibited from passing every two days according to the license plate number; Single-day single-number traffic, unparalleled vehicles; If the tail number of the license plate is letters or Chinese characters, the last Arabic numeral of the license plate shall prevail (including local temporary license plates, excluding foreign license plates).
