How to call up the form in the recruitment information?

Select the table to extract, right-click the stand-alone computer to pop up the list, and then click Move or Copy Sheet.

Click Workbook in the pop-up dialog box, select New Workbook, select Create Copy, and then click OK. At this point, an identical workbook has been created with the same format and text. Click on the top left in EXCEL, save or save as to extract successfully.
