Yes, there are two ways to bind the mobile phone number: online binding and going to the business hall to bind the mobile phone number.

Bind the mobile phone number online:

First, you must log into a bank account.

After logging in, in the menu bar above the personal homepage, select the option of customer service;

Under Customer Service Options, click the Options menu of online banking security management;

Click the option of online banking security management, and a menu with four small options will pop up. In this menu, click on the security authentication mobile phone number, and then click on the registered security authentication mobile phone number on the right.

In the step of registering the number, you must first select the account number, then enter the mobile phone number, and click to get the mobile phone verification code.

After clicking, a short message will be sent to the mobile phone, and a verification code will be displayed on the short message. Enter this verification code into this space of the mobile phone verification code, and then click the submit button.

Binding mobile phone number succeeded.

Go through the specific procedures at the counter of the business hall as follows:

Bring your ID card and bank card to the corresponding bank business hall and queue up at the same time;

Fill in a business application form, select "bind mobile phone" in the column of applying for business, and attach the mobile phone number that needs to be bound now.

After calling the number, hand over the bank card, original ID card, copy of ID card and business application form to the counter staff to bind the mobile phone.
