How to announce students' grades

Nail quietly launched a function of publishing results. After trial, it is found that this small function interface is beautifully designed and easy to use, and it can also protect students' privacy. At present, all schools in China have completed a historic online mid-term exam, so it is more appropriate to publish the results with the function of nailing in the information age. How to use it specifically? Come and taste it with me!

Step 1: Open the nail school and click "+".

At this time, you will find that there is another "achievement". Yes, choose it.

Step 2: Enter the name of the exam, choose the class that publishes the results, and choose the exam subjects.

What needs to be explained here is that "revealing the ranking" means that students can see the rankings and total scores of various subjects while knowing the scores. You can choose to turn on the "show or not show" switch according to the actual situation. In addition, the total score is automatically calculated, and manual calculation is not required.

Step 3: Download the score entry template.

The grade entry template is sorted according to the order in which students enter the class. If you don't use this template, you may not recognize the students' grades. You'd better download it. A teacher said, what should we do if the reports we entered are not sorted in this order? There are two solutions here: 1, and then enter grades according to this table; 2. After downloading the form, sort the students by name. After the score is entered, it can be restored to the nail template, which will be explained in detail later.

Note: the downloaded form is stored in the directory specified by everyone, which is more convenient for searching and data analysis, and forms the habit of fixing the directory.

Step 4: Enter the results. (Teachers who are familiar with table operation can choose to skip the following steps)

1. If students' grades are not entered, you can choose to enter them directly in the template form; If you already have a ready-made report card, you can copy the students' existing scores into a new Excel table (new table 1). Pay attention to copying only the student list and scores (the total score does not need to be copied).

2. Sort the data copied to the new table 1 by name (if it has been sorted by name, go directly to the next step). See the figure below for the specific operation method.

2. Copy the student list in the nail download form template to the new form 2, and create a new column on the left side of the list and fill in the serial number.

3. Then repeat the previous name sorting.

After the two tables are arranged in sequence, copy the data of the report (list plus students' grades) to the right of the list in the new table 2, making sure that the names and order of the two lists are consistent. After confirmation, arrange the leftmost serial number in ascending order again.

4. Copy the students' grades to the previously saved nail form template in sequence.

Step 5: Upload the results.

After copying the data, click Save. Return to the school-based publishing results and click "Upload Results". If there is something wrong with the data, you will be prompted to re-operate and pay attention to choosing the correct form file.

Step 6: Publish the results.

As shown in the figure.

Finally, students can check their grades.
