1. Download and install the Bank of Communications APP. Click on the avatar in the upper left corner of My page to enter the Personal Information page.

2. After entering, select "Reservation Information Management" to modify the reservation telephone. Although mobile banking can modify the reserved number, it can only modify the auxiliary phone, not the main phone.

3. If you need to modify the main telephone number, you need to bring your ID card to the bank counter to modify it.
