What if there is no sound after receiving the text message?

First, check whether the sound of the mobile phone is on.

Slide down the curtain at the top of the screen with your finger;

Click Mute to make a sound.

Second, check whether the SMS ringtone is set to mute.

1.

In standby mode, click Application;

2.

Click the information on the sliding screen;

3.

Press the menu key at the bottom left of the screen and select Settings;

4.

Slide the screen up and click Notify in the notification information settings;

5.

Click to select the ringtone;

6.

If you accidentally set it to mute before, select the default ringtone or another ringtone, and then click OK.

Third, check whether all sounds are turned off.

In standby mode, click Application;

Click Settings on the sliding screen;

3.

Click My Device;

4.

Slide the screen up and click the auxiliary function;

5.

If you choose to turn off all sounds, just uncheck it.

Fourth, check whether the notification volume is turned on.

1.

Press the volume button on the left side of the screen;

2.

Click the pinion icon on the screen;

3.

Just slide the slider to the right to increase the volume.
