How to read text messages on Samsung gear fit 2

If your Gear 2 does not receive a notification when receiving a text message, we recommend that you:

1. Check whether the phone and Gear 2 are connected. If the phone received a text message before connecting to the Gear 2, , cannot be seen after connecting Gear 2

2. Determine whether the notification ring mode is set to mute: Settings--Sound--Sound mode--Mute, change to sound observation

3. Reset Gear 2: Settings--Reset Gear--Reset (please confirm that the picture has been transferred to the phone first to avoid losing data)

4. After the phone is connected to Gear 2, use Gear Manager --Click on the paired Gear--System Update--Update Gear 2 system software

If the problem persists, it is recommended to send the phone and Gear 2 to your nearest after-sales service center for testing.
