Postal special vehicles, fuel vehicles and fresh product vehicles with urban truck passes;

Administrative law enforcement vehicles with uniform logo painted on the body and carrying out law enforcement tasks;

Insurance survey vehicles, funeral home vehicles, special wrecker vehicles, sprinklers, road sweepers, guardrail cleaning vehicles, pollution suction vehicles and garbage removal vehicles during the operation;

Pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles with legal licenses, and small cars driven by people with lower limbs who have been audited by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation.
