1. What is the "Youth Election Plan"?

Second, the basic information

1, examination form

There is no written test and two rounds of interviews for the recruitment of the Youth Election Plan.

Step 2 choose the quantity

The city plans to select about 500 people, and the specific number is determined according to the selection work.

(1) There are about 200 institutions directly under the municipal authorities in Qingdao.

(2) There are about 300 municipal institutions in Shinan District, Shibei District, Licang District, Laoshan District, West Coast New District, Chengyang District, Jimo District, jiaozhou city, pingdu city and Laixi City (hereinafter referred to as the "Seven Districts" and "Three Cities"), with about 30 each.

Interpretation: The number of planned recruits is basically the same as last year, but according to previous years, the number of people finally hired is much higher than the planned number. For example, 468 people were officially hired as the preferred students in the 2020 "Youth Election Plan", far exceeding the number announced.

Because the first and second interviews of TOP 10 colleges and universities are all on campus, each school has a quota on campus, and the second interviews of candidates from other schools are all in Qingdao, so for candidates from non-TOP 10 colleges and universities, there is no need to compete with candidates from TOP 10 colleges and universities, and the difficulty will be reduced.

Judging from the proportion of registration, the degree of competition in different regions is different. On the whole, the enrollment ratio in 2023 is 25: 1, which is not low and is influenced by many aspects. In the past two years, the civil service examination has been hot and the competitive pressure is not small.

Third, the registration conditions

Transfer conditions: Due to the separate announcement of colleges and universities, the transfer conditions within colleges and universities are different. According to the conditions of university transfer, the author classifies them into the following categories:

1 and TOP 10 institutions:

Full-time fresh graduates are enough, and there are no other requirements.

Related institutions: Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University, China University of Science and Technology, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China Renmin University, etc.

2. Other top universities:

There are different registration requirements according to the positions of the municipal government, "seven districts" and "three cities".

1) To apply for municipal administration, one of the following conditions must be met:

Party member (preparing for party member); Party member is the development target, and it can be developed to prepare party member by the end of the year; Served as the main student cadre for half a year in a row.

(two) to register the "seven districts" institution, one of the following conditions shall be met:

Party member (preparing for party member); Party member is the development target, and it can be developed to prepare party member by the end of the year; Served as a student cadre for six months in a row.

(three) to register the "three cities" institution, one of the following conditions shall be met:
