If the buyer pays with Alipay, the buyer's account is authenticated by real name, and after the refund is successful, the buyer will see that the refund will arrive at the Alipay account immediately; If the buyer's account fails to pass the real-name authentication, the refund will be frozen in the unavailable balance of the buyer Alipay, which can be unfrozen after passing the real-name authentication;

If the buyer pays by bank card, the refund will be returned to the bank card after the seller refunds it. During the period, according to the processing progress of the issuing banks, it takes 1-5 working days, and it takes 6 days for BOC cards and international cards, and the refund will form an unusable balance in the buyer Alipay. Refund to the bank card, the unused balance will disappear.
