There is no sound when receiving SMS, so it is suggested to try the following methods to solve it:

2. To confirm whether the SMS ringtone is set to mute, you can go to phone settings-voice-message ringtone-change other ringtones.

4. Enter phone settings-More settings-Restore factory settings-Restore all settings/Clear all settings (Restoring all settings will not clear the data in the phone, please back up the data in the phone before clearing all data).
