How much does PHS charge for sending short messages?

SMS fee is not included in your business, which means your actual monthly fee, in addition to your business, plus SMS fee. This service does not include SMS fee.

I also fell in love with 1+. I asked, if you send more text messages, you can have a monthly subscription, 5 yuan/month. But if we say monthly subscription, we actually sent 80 messages to other PHS, which is not a real "monthly subscription". If you send more than 80 messages this month, you will still be charged for the excess.
