1. First, define the links involved in the workflow and the information fields to be filled in in each link, such as: link 1 user, link 1 status, link 2 user and link 2 status. . . .

2. Set the user's permission to fill in all links, that is, the approval authority. For example, ordinary employees can fill in the link 1, but not the following link; Department heads can fill in link 2, company heads can fill in link 3, and CFO can fill in link 4. . . And so on.

3. Set the reminder template so that when the status of each link changes to complete, the notification letter will be sent to the user of the next link. Therefore, you need to set the following reminder template:
