Scratch repair is a value-added service customized by Ping An Direct Auto Insurance for our high-quality customers. When your car needs painting repairs due to damage to the paint surface, our company will provide you with free painting services for at least one sheet metal coverage (the specific number of surfaces will be subject to the content of the text message). The cost of painting materials and painting labor costs will be borne by our company. .

A sheet metal coverage refers to: a door, roof, front cover, rear cover, front bumper, rear bumper, front left fender, front right fender, etc.

How to use:

1. Please bring your driving license and our company’s valid commercial insurance policy for the year (meaning within the insurance period), and present the service voucher SMS to the outlet for verification ( The service voucher SMS contains the license plate number and voucher password).

2. The license plate number on the service voucher text message, the license plate number on the valid commercial insurance policy, and the license plate number 3 to enjoy this service must be consistent.

3. This service can only be used at the scratch repair service cooperative outlets designated by our company, and the cooperative outlets are limited to the Shanghai area.

4. The validity period of this service is based on the validity period indicated on the SMS voucher. An "expiration reminder" text message will be sent before expiration. If it is not used after the expiration, it will be deemed as giving up the use of this service.

Notes:

1. This service is limited to the cost of painting materials and painting labor. The cost of other repairs and accessories other than painting shall be based on labor that does not exceed the repair unit's charging standards. 10% off the fee and 10% off the material fee shall be borne by the customer.

2. When the actual repair scope of your car exceeds the number of surfaces provided by our company for free, the excess paint material cost and spray painting labor cost will be discounted in half according to the labor cost that does not exceed the repair unit's charging standard. 20% off the material fee will be charged to the customer.

3. This service cannot be exchanged for cash, used to redeem other services, or used for other commercial purposes.

4. This service text message cannot be transferred, and the transfer is invalid.

5. Free services are provided based on the number of scratches confirmed in the service voucher text message.

6. Among the service cooperation outlets, some special repair stations have corresponding restrictions on the brand models they can repair. Non-corresponding models can go to comprehensive repair shops to use this service.
