Notice on Carrying out Centralized Publicity Month of Fund Supervision

In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of Heilongjiang Provincial Medical Security Bureau on Organizing the Centralized Publicity Month of Medical Insurance Fund Supervision in 2022 (Heilongjiang Fa [2022] No.243), in order to promote the people to consciously safeguard the safety of medical insurance funds, it is planned to carry out the theme publicity month activity of "Weaving the fund supervision network and building the medical insurance defense line" within the designated medical institutions at the provincial level. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, designated medical institutions at the provincial level should actively participate in the centralized publicity month activities, provide medical and health services for the insured according to law, strictly fulfill the medical insurance service agreement, and consciously safeguard the safety of the medical insurance fund. Yamatonokusushi, a medical insurance physician in a designated medical institution, should seriously study and master the medical insurance policies and regulations, adhere to the treatment due to illness, scientific diagnosis and treatment, and standardize services, and resolutely put the medical insurance fund at the first pass.

Second, during the theme publicity month, designated medical institutions should cooperate with the medical insurance department to carry out centralized publicity, and designated medical institutions should post posters in prominent positions such as the lobby or toll window to facilitate the masses to understand the policies to combat fraud and insurance fraud. Posters will be mailed to designated medical institutions.

Third, designated medical institutions should pay full attention to the construction of medical insurance service stations (medical insurance consultation desks), do a good job in professional training for relevant staff, provide high-quality, convenient and efficient medical insurance services for insured personnel, and effectively improve the satisfaction of insured people. The provincial medical insurance department will include the development of medical insurance service station (medical insurance information desk) in the year-end scoring assessment.
