Apple's mobile phone is plugged in, but it shows more information.

Option 1: Turn off the iPhone, take out the SIM card, reinstall it, and then turn it on.

Option 2: manually refresh the SIM card.

1. Enter the iPhone settings, click "Cellular Mobile Network", and find and open "SIM Card Application" in the interface.

2. Click any item in the "SIM card application" that pops up.

3. After clicking, the following interface will pop up. Click an option at will again.

4. After clicking, an interface similar to the following will appear, and then click "Cancel" or "Accept".

There will be no communication fee for the above operations. If you follow the steps and click any one, it is still invalid. You may need to click all options to refresh the SIM card.

Option 3:

You can call the operator's customer service phone directly and ask the staff to help you refresh your mobile phone card or solve it in other ways.

If all the above methods fail, you may need to go to the business hall to replace a new SIM card.
