3. Production of works

4. Submission of works

(1) Ordinary works are submitted by provinces, and each province is limited to submit 7 works (2 in primary school group, 25 in junior high school and 25 in senior high school group, including 5 animated works on the theme of "health education") to participate in the national appraisal.
