2. Definition of work form

(1) Computer painting

Works made by using various painting software or graphics and image processing software. It can be a single painting with a theme, a group painting or a comic book that expresses the same theme (no more than five).

The visual image created can be two-dimensional or three-dimensional, and you can choose realistic, distorted or abstract expressions.

The form of expression can be to use a mouse or a digital pen to simulate the hand-drawn effect, that is, to use a certain technical processing method to simulate the hand-drawn effect with a computer; It can also be based on the theme, using digital graphics and image processing tools to reprocess the image material.

To express a specific theme or purpose, a work has certain practical application value and can reflect the creator's design concept.

The senior high school group is divided into two groups according to computer animation (2D) and computer animation (3D). The animation created by 3D production software (such as 3D Max, Maya, Lightwave, etc.) belongs to the computer animation (3D) group. If two-dimensional animation images need to be embedded in three-dimensional animation works, the playing time should not exceed 2 seconds.

The playing file size of 2D works shall not exceed 2MB, and the playing time shall not exceed 5 minutes.

Works that use HTML language or web production tools to explain a certain theme or convey a certain kind of thematic information.

Anime works that are made by using various animation software, using animation art languages such as characters, colors, scenes, actions, sound effects and narratives, and are suitable for playing on mobile phone terminals. 3. Production of works

(1) Primary and secondary school students should design and create works independently. Instructors can give appropriate inspiration and technical guidance, but they can't help students finish the production directly.

(2) There are no more than two main authors of each work in primary school group and junior high school group, and each work in senior high school group is limited to one author; Each author is limited to one work; Each work is limited to one instructor.

(3) The content of the work cannot be linked to websites or other web pages.

(4) All levels of directories (folders) and all files of web works must be named in English lowercase letters.

4. Submission of works

(1) Ordinary works are submitted by provinces, and each province is limited to submit 7 works (2 in primary school group, 25 in junior high school and 25 in senior high school group, including 5 animated works on the theme of "health education") to participate in the national appraisal. Please log on to the "Computer Activity" website from April 11 to 18, 212 to register online and fill in the relevant information. When submitting works, all provincial education departments shall submit the following materials:

5. Qualification examination of works

(1) Works with obvious mistakes in political principles and scientific common sense will be disqualified.

(2) Strictly put an end to fraud. Once found, the work will be directly disqualified from participating in the competition or winning the prize, and the relevant provincial education departments and their schools will be informed.

(3) Works that have been officially published and those that have participated in other national competitions (including the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition and the "Little Scientist of Tomorrow" award activities) will not participate in the selection.
