Two possibilities: 1. Receive a fraudulent text message, pretending to be China Construction Bank, and ask you to call back the fake phone number in the text message in the name of you being able to withdraw the credit limit, in order to defraud the card information and commit theft. Scammers send text messages in bulk and are not targeted. No matter whether you hold a CCB card or not, they can deceive one by one, especially now that fake base stations are particularly rampant and mobile crimes are committed! 2. The text message is indeed genuine, but you are not the cardholder. The cardholder may have registered the wrong mobile phone number and it was sent to you by mistake. Summary: No matter what the situation is, do not operate or reply easily to prevent being deceived. If it is situation 2, you can call the CCB customer service hotline to handle it.
