According to the characteristics of recent domestic epidemic situation, on June 8th, 65438+10/October 8th, Guizhou Province issued the Notice on Strengthening the Control Measures of Key Personnel in our Province and those who came (returned) to Guizhou in the locations (cities, states) of medium and high-risk areas (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), in which the control measures of key personnel (Class III personnel) and the locations of medium and high-risk areas other than key personnel.

It is understood that key personnel include three categories: those who come (return) to Guizhou from abroad and illegal immigrants, those who come (return) to Guizhou from high-risk areas, and close contacts of confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected people. Among them, according to the requirements of management and control, the key personnel shall conduct closed-loop management according to the principle of "centralized isolation in 14 days+home isolation in 14 days+five nucleic acid tests (the same day or the next day, the 3rd-7th day,14 day, 2 1 day and the 28th day)".

Personnel from high-risk areas (cities, states) other than key personnel need to do a nucleic acid test in Guizhou after coming (returning), and can flow in an orderly manner only after returning to Guizhou with negative proof of nucleic acid test. In addition, the Notice stipulates the requirements for home isolation control and nucleic acid detection. During the control period, all key personnel should implement closed-loop management. The key personnel have been isolated for 14 days, and the nucleic acid test result is negative. The centralized isolation point should contact the key personnel in time to arrange special car transportation to the home isolation place in Guizhou, and handle the handover procedures. The transfer of key personnel shall be managed in a closed way, and the epidemic prevention and control measures shall be strictly implemented.

After the key personnel arrive at the home isolation place, the township (street) where they are located shall organize the social prevention and control department, the health department, the disease control department and the community (village, residence) to do a good job in home isolation.

Control requirements of home isolation: the staff and medical staff in the township (street) where the key personnel are located should jointly evaluate the home isolation place. Do not have the conditions of home isolation, the local towns (streets) designated isolation places for isolation medical observation, and supervise and guide the isolation places to do a good job in the relevant service guarantee during the isolation period.
