2. The system failed three times, one of which was that the system file of the SMS platform server was damaged, which led to the system crash. After the technical department takes emergency measures, the system will be restored within two hours.

3. Other faults * * * are counted as 5 times, because Unicom gateway overflowed and could not be synchronized with our IVR server database gateway, resulting in users unable to order and use our family-related services normally.

After several major failures, the technical department has studied and discussed many times and formulated a set of perfect emergency measures and daily maintenance plans. Try to avoid risks, reduce accidents, and ensure that problems are prevented in advance, found in time, solved quickly, and resumed normal operation.

4. In view of the problems existing in the server, with the cooperation of other colleagues in the technical department, the server has been running normally after completing the redeployment of the server, the improvement of access rights and security, database optimization and other related measures.

5. The company has redeployed the access rights of FTP server and Internet access for employees' jobs, so that every employee can put important files in the folders of relevant departments on the server for backup, and can access the FTP server through the internal and external networks, which greatly facilitates employees to go on business trips or extract relevant materials at home at any time.
