Why can't micro-stores send private messages?

Micro-stores can't send private messages because both sides don't care about each other. Pay attention to each other, and the private letter is as follows:

1. Open the micro-store App, click A in the lower right corner of the home page, and then click Follow.

2. Find the person who wants to send a private message on the attention page, and click the avatar to enter.

3. Click the private message option on the personal information page to enter, and then edit the SMS to send.
