1. 5. The qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers belongs to the "national examination prescribed by law", which is applicable to the provisions on examination fraud in the Ninth Amendment of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Those who do not abide by the examination discipline and the management of examination staff during the examination will be identified and dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examination (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education). If the circumstances seriously violate the criminal law, it will be submitted to the public security department for legal treatment.
