How to delete Taobao messages in batches

Open Taobao, find the plus sign on the message page, click the plus sign to enter and select message settings, click to enter and find batch session deletion, click to enter and select the message to delete, and finally click Delete All.

Open Taobao and find the plus sign in the upper right corner of the message page.

2. Find the message settings

Click the plus sign to find the message settings in the new page that appears.

click message settings, and then find batch session deletion after entering.

4. Delete messages

Click Delete for batch sessions, find the messages to delete after entering, and then click Delete All.
