95 199 network access service belongs to value-added service, and its tariff standard has been filed in the competent department; The tariff only includes the 95 199 network access fee of China electronic port, and the 95 199 access card has no dial-up internet access function, so it does not include the network usage fees such as dial-up, ADSL and LAN.

The 95 199 access card has not issued a physical card, and the card number and password will be sent by email or SMS.

(1) There are two ways to purchase cards online: remittance and payment platform:

(1) General enterprise users purchase a 95 199 access card through remittance. Any bank can remit money to the electronic port account through inter-bank remittance or postal remittance, and can remit money to the electronic port account through personal, cash or company accounts.

(2) For enterprise users who have signed micropayment platform accounts with cooperative banks (at present, banks that cooperate with micropayment platforms include Minsheng Bank, China Merchants Bank and China CITIC Bank), they can purchase cards through the payment platform to handle the service of purchasing 95 199 access cards.

(2) The purchase steps are as follows:

1. The enterprise enters the "Product Order" page through the "Remittance Card Purchase" link of "Online Card Purchase" of www.chinaport.gov.cn Electronic Port Integrated Service Website;

2. Product type (card type) and purchase quantity in the order product list. An order can't order a package access card and a timed access card at the same time, and multiple cards of the same type or different denominations are allowed;

3. Fill in and submit the order, print the remittance list of the order after the order is submitted successfully, and remit money to the account designated by North JD.COM Fangzhongxun United Authentication Technology Co., Ltd. through the bank in strict accordance with the remittance amount shown in the list (please fill in the order number in the "postscript" column of the remittance form when handling the remittance formalities);

4. The company successfully faxed the money order to Beijing Dongfang Zhongxun United Authentication Technology Co., Ltd., and the system can automatically send the card number and password to the e-mail address filled in the order (if you choose to accept SMS, the system will automatically send the card number and password SMS to the mobile phone number filled in the order at the same time, and PHS is not supported for the time being);

5. The purchase method of remittance card suggests that one order only corresponds to one remittance slip; After the remittance arrives, if the remittance amount is inconsistent with the order, the card number will be frozen regardless of whether it is registered or not, the frozen card can no longer be used, and the corresponding access card registration unit can not re-register a new card;

6. The enterprise receives the card purchase invoice.
