According to the arrangement of the People’s Bank of China, Our bank is responsible for the re-appointment and exchange of ordinary commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes of the 24th Winter Olympic Games in some areas. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Appointment and exchange time arrangement

Reservation period

The reservation period for Winter Olympic coins and Winter Olympic banknotes is from 22:30 on February 11, 2022 to 24:00 on February 13, 2022. The public can apply for the Winter Olympics through designated channels during the reservation period. Coins and Winter Olympics banknotes are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis during the reservation period, while supplies are full.

1. Online reservation for Winter Olympic coins. During the reservation period, people from 15 regions including Tianjin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Shenzhen, Guangxi, Hainan, Shaanxi, Qinghai, and Ningxia can make reservations through our online channels.

2. Online reservation for Winter Olympics banknotes. During the reservation period, people from 16 regions including Tianjin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Shenzhen, Guangxi, Hainan, Shaanxi, Qinghai, and Ningxia can apply through our bank’s online channels reserve.

Reservation Verification Period

After the reservation period ends, the People's Bank of China will verify all reservation registration records for Winter Olympics coins and Winter Olympics banknotes. Members of the public who have made repeated reservations for Winter Olympics coins and Winter Olympics banknotes at two or more banks will not be able to pass the verification and cannot be exchanged.

3. Appointment verification

According to the regulations of the People's Bank of China, starting from the issuance of the 2020 Lunar New Year ordinary commemorative coins, the appointment exchange of ordinary commemorative coins will adopt a verification mechanism, and the People's Bank of China will Repeated reservation information across banks and unredeemed information after reservations will be recorded and verified. If the public uses the same second-generation resident ID card to make reservations at two or more banking financial institutions and has a record of non-redeeming of appointments, they will not be able to pass the verification. 4. How to deal with failure to pass the verification

Publics who have not passed the verification by the People's Bank of China during the verification period and want to exchange Winter Olympic coins and Winter Olympic banknotes at our bank must hold The original valid second-generation resident ID card for reservation registration must be used at the branch of our bank for reservation registration to cancel the duplicate reservation record and retain the exchange qualification of our bank. After successful application, reservations at other banks will automatically become invalid. The business of retaining the redemption qualification cannot be repeated. If you wish to redeem at another bank, please go to the designated outlet of the other bank to retain your redemption qualification in accordance with the regulations of the other bank.

5. Exchange method

Public people who have passed the People's Bank of China verification or successfully applied to retain our bank's exchange qualifications can apply for Winter Olympic coins and Winter Olympic banknotes at our bank's outlets during the exchange period. exchange. Please go to the reserved business outlet for redemption according to the agreed redemption date and the business hours of the reserved exchange outlet with the original valid second-generation resident ID card registered at the time of appointment. The reserved Winter Olympics coins and Winter Olympics banknotes that have not been exchanged will be disposed of according to the requirements of the People's Bank of China.

6. Notes

The valid ID document for reservation, verification and exchange of Winter Olympic coins and Winter Olympic banknotes is the original second-generation resident ID card.

During the reservation period, the reservation exchange limit for Winter Olympics coins and Winter Olympics banknotes is 20 sets per person.

If the public collects Winter Olympics coins or Winter Olympics banknotes on behalf of others, they must present the original valid second-generation resident identity cards registered by themselves and the person to be collected, and the number of people collecting on behalf of the recipient shall not exceed 5. If the original second-generation resident ID card cannot be issued due to reasons such as loss of the original second-generation resident ID card or failure to apply for a second-generation resident ID card for minors, the original user registration book or temporary resident ID card can be used.

During the reservation period, the time for modifying the reservation record and canceling the reservation record is from 1 a.m. on the day after the reservation to the last day of the reservation period.

If the public handles the cancellation of default records and retains redemption qualifications on behalf of others, they must present the original valid second-generation resident identity card registered by themselves and the person on their behalf. Since the original second-generation resident identity card is lost, , minors have not applied for a second-generation resident ID card and other reasons, and cannot issue the original second-generation resident ID card, they can use the user registration book and the original temporary resident ID card to apply.

The reservation information is only for registration. After the reservation period ends, the People's Bank of China will verify the public's reservation information. You can check the reservation results through the original reservation channel starting from 24:00 on February 15, 2022. When making an appointment, please enter the correct mobile phone number and keep the communication open in order to receive the SMS notification of the appointment result sent by our bank. All information related to reservations shall be subject to the records of our bank's computer system; verification of relevant information shall be subject to the records of the People's Bank of China system.

During the verification period, the central branch of the People’s Bank of China and above will handle the inquiry service for the public’s reservation records of ordinary commemorative coins since 2020. If the public has objections to the reservation records, they can make inquiries within the reservation verification period. , bring the original valid second-generation resident ID card used during appointment registration to the branch of the People's Bank of China at or above the city level for inquiry.
