How to set the ringtone for iphone4 is as follows:

First, open itunes and select File-Add File to Library in the menu bar.

Select the song to ring, click "Open", and the song will appear in "Music" in the music library. Right-click the song, select Show Introduction, select Options, fill in Start Time and Stop Time (within 40 seconds), and click OK.

Right-click the song again and select "Create ACC Version". A file with the same file name but less than 40 seconds will appear.
