During the home visit, I brought all kinds of relevant materials to introduce the relevant policies of the school and the study plan of our class to each student's parents, and at the same time, I emphasized the holiday safety and drowning prevention education in the group every day. 1. What should I do if the students' status declines in the later period of the epidemic?

There are 50 students in our class, among which more than 40 students have a serious decline in their grades after the start of school, and only a few students are in good condition. The main reason is that children are not bound and disciplined at home during online classes, and parents can't control their children, which is becoming more and more difficult. Finally, when they appear on June 2, there will be various phenomena, such as talking loudly, not caring for the property of healthy public, and reporting indiscriminately. The easiest thing to change in Chinese is poor handwriting, and many students' fonts have regressed. This is a very worrying phenomenon. Although after more than a month's study in school, students' learning situation has improved concretely. However, facing the coming summer vacation, how to cultivate children's good study habits is still a grim situation.

In this home visit, in addition to emphasizing all kinds of safety education such as holiday safety and drowning prevention, we also discussed the children's living conditions at home with parents, emphasized the importance of specifying standardized study time, and specified a study plan suitable for children. In this way, children can adjust themselves during holidays. At the same time, we should read more books, improve our ideological progress and increase our understanding of society.

2. How to solve the problem of english introduction?

There is only one morning reading plus one English class every week after school starts. How to deal with it?

Memorizing words: academic English ability is weak, and the simplest and most practical method is memorizing words. Be familiar with the meaning of words first, and then bring vocabulary into textbooks and dialogues. Children who have already taken classes in international schools should preview their textbooks and look up words in advance before class. Write down unfamiliar words in class and answer them one by one after class.

Speak boldly: if you want to have fluent English expression ability, you must let your children dare to speak. At the beginning, it is inevitable that there will be "nonsense" situations such as inaccurate words, grammatical errors and vague expressions, but everything is difficult at the beginning. At least, let the children communicate with teachers and classmates briefly first. When children are no longer afraid to express themselves, their English expression ability will naturally improve gradually and become more and more authentic in their usual study and life.

In addition, parents should tell their children that they don't understand in class and must find a teacher after class. Teachers will not ignore your needs because of your poor expression skills. Therefore, children should let go of the fear of "dare not say" and take the initiative to ask questions from the teacher.

Pay attention to daily accumulation: whether memorizing words, practicing oral English or reading, it is inseparable from daily accumulation. Usually, children are exposed to English environment, such as watching more original English cartoons or simple English picture books, and turning these contents into learning materials, which is of great help to children's word accumulation, language expression and reading ability.

Choose an off-campus English remedial class: My suggestion is that when parents realize that their children's English level is poor, they can decide to enroll their children in an appropriate English remedial class, so that their children can use Pinyin to achieve excessive understanding of English letters.

Children always listen to their teachers, not their parents. Do you want the teacher to talk more about children?

The first point is caused by the child's psychological tendency. Because children are taught by their parents to "listen to the teacher" from the beginning of school, and they have personally experienced that the teacher can sing, dance and tell stories, naturally they have a feeling of worship for the teacher and gradually formed a psychological stereotype. Listening to the teacher is of course "natural". In their minds, parents' position has always been in a secondary position, and their words have become secondary. You can't listen to them.

The important point is the bad influence of family education. According to relevant data, some parents spoil their children too much since childhood, which leads to their arrogant and willful temper and supreme psychology at home. The words of parents are naturally self-evident; Some parents have long taught their children in a simple and rude way, always reprimanding and punishing them, which makes their children nervous, uneasy and even rebellious and unwilling to listen to their parents. There are still a few families whose education for their children is far from school education, so that children can't form a unified value scale and right and wrong standard for a certain thing. Children lose their psychological balance and will be at a loss in their actions. If some parents induce their children to lie for self-interest, it is contrary to the teacher's request that their children be honest and not lie. When this situation continues to happen, children will increasingly find that their parents' double standards are integrated with their teachers' words and deeds, so children will listen to their teachers instead of their parents in a dilemma.

It is the teacher who ignores this kind of education. Some teachers still only pass on students' performance in school to their parents unilaterally, and rarely ask questions at home, or don't ask them at all. This "one-way" education is also the reason why children change at home. It is too laissez-faire to think that there is no teacher supervision at home.

The WeChat class meeting in our class was established nearly two years ago, and we contacted our parents many times. Inform children about their school situation and actively understand the situation at home. There are fifty people in my class, and nearly a dozen parents ignore their children. Whenever there is a problem with the child's homework, inform him in time, but the parents still don't supervise. After a few days, the child is still like this. In the long run, teachers have also lowered their requirements for children. This situation is very undesirable. In this home visit, I made further emphasis.

In short, this home visit is after the final exam in the post-epidemic period. It means a lot. I hope I can strengthen contact with parents and communicate with them more to promote the healthy development of children's body and mind.
