2. Students in secondary vocational schools can enjoy the following preferential services: free of card opening fees and annual fees within three years from the date of card opening; Enjoy free SMS notification service within three years from the card opening date.

Annual fee standard of Great Wall Debit Card: the maximum for standard card is 10 yuan/card, and the maximum for joint card is 20 yuan/card. Charge standard of personal account change message notification service: the maximum monthly 3 yuan/card (account)/mobile phone number (or electronic means such as micro signal and client), and monthly or annual payment can be selected.
