How to activate Yixing social security card

Lianyungang social security card can't go to Yixing for medical treatment. Lianyungang social security card can only be used in Lianyungang, not nationwide.

Precautions for social security card:

3. The social security card is for personal use only;

4. When the medical institution uses the social security card for the first time, please enter your personal phone number in the self-service terminal to register, and then register in the registration window or self-service terminal.

5. The holder of the original medical card can go to the registration office for dual-card association, and the original medical record will be copied to the social security card.
