How can Tik Tok's message not reach his mobile phone?

Turn on Tik Tok's phone. On my page, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.

A column page appears, and then click Settings.

On the Settings page, click Privacy Settings.

On the Privacy Settings page, click who can send me messages.

On the Who Can Send Me Messages page, click Close.

When finished, return to the privacy settings page, and you can see that Tik Tok has been closed. Who can send me a message? This prohibits others from sending me private messages.
