Why doesn't the iphone display the screen when sending special effects information?

Turn on the iPhone and click the "SMS" function on the phone.

After entering the SMS of iPhone, click the Publish icon in the upper right corner, as shown in the red label in the figure below.

After entering the new SMS editing page, click "Recipient" to enter the SMS.

Then press and hold the SMS Send button as shown by the red arrow in the figure below.

After entering the sending page with special effects, click the "screen" function.

Select the special effect you want, and then click the Send button.
