If there is a high probability that your mobile phone can't answer the phone, please try the following methods to check and confirm:

First, please confirm whether your mobile phone is equipped with the harassment interception function.

1. Please click the mobile phone to dial (or call), click three or four points in the upper right corner to enter harassment interception, click the interception rule to see if there is a blacklist, and press and hold the blacklist number to delete the waiting number from the blacklist.

2. Continue to click on the phone interception rules to see if the corresponding interception switch is turned on. After the phone is turned on, the phones that meet the rules will not be connected. It is recommended to open it on demand. If all incoming calls need to be connected normally, you can turn off all switches.

Warm reminder: If you have installed a third-party mobile phone housekeeper application (such as 360 mobile phone guardian or Tencent mobile phone housekeeper) and set up the call interception function, it is recommended that you uninstall such applications and use the harassment interception function that comes with your mobile phone.

2. Please confirm whether your mobile phone card has call barring service.

Some operators' calling cards have call barring service. If your calling card restricts incoming calls, some or all calls will be restricted. Please consult the operator's customer service for details.

Please confirm whether the call forwarding function is enabled on your mobile phone card.

If your mobile phone card turns on the call forwarding function, the incoming call will be transferred to other phone numbers, and you will not receive the call.

Please click dial (or phone), click three or four points in the upper right corner, and go to Settings > Check whether call forwarding uses the call forwarding function. If so, please disable call forwarding and try again.

4. Please confirm whether the VoLTE function is enabled on your mobile phone card (HD icon is displayed in the signal bar).

I suggest you re-enable the VoLTE function. Try:

Abnormal VoLTE account opening will result in no telephone. It is recommended that you contact your local operator to re-enable the VoLTE function of this mobile phone card, which will take effect after restarting the mobile phone.

Tip: some models do not have VoLTE HD call switch. Please contact your local operator to re-enable the VoLTE function.

5. If you use a 5G mobile phone, please confirm whether your mobile phone uses SA network.

At present, the operator's SA network is still immature, and network problems may occur, which will affect your call experience. When you are not in a call state, please enter phone settings > About phone > Status information > View mobile network types in the network:

If your mobile network type is displayed as "NR", it means that your mobile phone uses SA network.

I suggest you go to Settings > Mobile Network > Mobile Data and turn off the attempt to enable the 5G switch. If the problem is solved after turning off the 5G switch, it is recommended that you feedback the problem to the operator.

Tip: If your mobile network type is displayed as "LTENR", it means that your mobile phone is using NSA network, and no operation is required.
