I look at your GPU-Z parameters. Isn't your graphics card inserted in the first slot of PCI-EX 16?

How about running in X8 mode (although the performance will not be greatly affected as long as it is not lower than PCIE2.0X8 or 3.0X4).

Or are there many other things plugged into other slots, resulting in insufficient transmission bandwidth?
