Is there anything special about posting money during the Spring Festival?

Diaoqianer is a rectangular piece of red paper cut and carved into a pattern. The lower part is shaped like a "tassel". It usually has auspicious words such as "Congratulations on getting rich" written on it. Some are hung on the lintel. Some are attached directly to the door. Generally, there are three large stickers on the lintel, five on the door, and one on the doors and windows, which are intended to avoid disaster and bring blessings. The hanging money attached can only be damaged on the 25th day of the first lunar month, otherwise it means an unlucky year.

In ancient times, the hanging of hanging money was also particular. It is recorded in "The Records of the Years of the Imperial Capital": "Hanging money shines in five colors." The five colors originally referred to green, red, yellow, white and black. Because people are taboo about black and white in folk customs, the five colors used to hang money are red, pink, yellow, green and blue, and the order is "red first, second green, third yellow, fourth water (pink), fifth blue" . There are odd numbers hanging on each door and window, usually five or three, each of one color.
