Led by the Municipal Bureau of Marine Fisheries, temporary fishing production operation points and fishing boat berthing points will be arranged for fishing boats, and special personnel will be arranged to strengthen the supervision and management of fishing boats, so that fishing boats will no longer berth at Zhuanghe Port, and the entry and exit ships will not be affected, ensuring the safety of the port channel.

3. Clean up the loading and unloading points of domestic products in Zhuanghe Port Area. Changsheng Street should determine a new loading and unloading point for seafood culture before March 15, and be responsible for the thorough cleaning of the loading and unloading point in Zhuanghe Port Area.

4. Strengthen the publicity, education and management of fishermen.
