The time when the assistance investigation information is sent is uncertain. It may be during the day or early in the morning. The staff must complete the flow investigation or information verification immediately after receiving the assistance investigation letter. Warm reminder: If you receive a call from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or a township (street), it may be that you have recently had close contact with confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections, or have had close contact with cases. For the health and safety of you and your family, so that those who may be infected can receive timely investigation and timely treatment, please be patient and provide information truthfully.

Epidemic prevention and control staff will first verify whether the content on the assistance letter is accurate, whether the person is within the jurisdiction, and the specific location. If you are within the jurisdiction, we will continue to ask for your basic information (name, ID number, current address, workplace, etc.) and movement trajectory.

If the transferred person is not within the jurisdiction, his current location must be asked and reported to the superior department, which will then transfer it to the relevant local epidemic prevention and control departments for investigation. If you are a close contact or sub-close contact, you will be quickly centralized and quarantined to cut off the transmission channels.

If you are a general contact, the staff will comprehensively assess the exposure risk based on the situation and determine whether isolation or nucleic acid testing is required.

Citizens who receive the call must follow the staff's advice, strengthen personal protection, and wait for the next step of isolation control or nucleic acid testing and other measures.
