3. After you get the transcoding, you should go to the business hall of the network transfer operator to go through the procedures of accessing the network with the number (it is recommended to apply for transcoding manually after you get the number in the business hall).

Not all business halls can follow up with the number transfer network. Please consult the relevant operators in advance and ask them to provide the address of the nearest business hall.
